Your Ice-Watch product is guaranteed for 2 years from its date of purchase, for any request for intervention on your Ice-Watch product, under warranty but also out of warranty and for any repair please complete the request form on our partner's website https://agh-atelier-horloger.com or send an email to sav@agh-atelier-horloger.com.
Our partner takes care of all repairs as well as the delivery (FR/BE/LU) of your watch when the intervention is carried out under warranty conditions.
