How can I return a product ?

To return your order, you must notify ICE Customer Care Service via the online return form. This online return form is available by using the link that has been  provided to you in the confirmation e-mail or by entering your tracking number on the order tracking page.Once your tracking number has been validated, you must choose "Return this package" and fill in the online return form The "Return this package" button will only be available for a period of 14 days after the receipt of your parcel. Any order must be returned following the detailed return procedure

In case you want to exchange an item, please return the item received and make a new order. Please note that items purchased on ice-watch.com can not be returned to an ice-Watch store or any other store selling the ice-Watch brand but only via the online return form as described on this page. Items purchased at an Ice-Watch store or at any other store selling the ice-Watch brand can not be returned via the online return form (a tracking number must be provided). When preparing your return package, make sure it is tightly closed and the items are complete, unworn, unused and accompanied by all stickers, labels and stops. When will I receive my refund ?

We will process your return as soon as possible and refund you after having received and inspected the returned item (s) .If your product is in perfect condition (no damage, unused, etc.) the purchase price will be refunded by the method of payment used when placing your order.

ICE supports standard return costs when :

  • you opt for a standard return (given back to an access point)
  • you follow the return procedure
  • the items are returned within 14 days of delivery.
