FAQ

How can I return a product ?

In order to arrange for the return of an online order, please follow the instructions in the online returns form and complete all the necessary fields.

Instructions in a few steps:

  1. Go to the online returns form
  2. Select your country (details may vary by country)
  3. Follow the instructions displayed and fill in all the necessary fields
  4. Include a valid proof of purchase (invoice, bank statement, proof of payment or other) in your return package
  5. Print out your return label, affix it to your parcel and hand in the parcel at one of the indicated collection points

When will I receive my refund ?

We will process your return as soon as possible and refund you after having received and inspected the returned item (s) .If your product is in perfect condition (no damage, unused, etc.) the purchase price will be refunded by the method of payment used when placing your order.

ICE supports standard return costs when :

  • you opt for a standard return (given back to an access point)
  • you follow the return procedure
  • the items are returned within 14 days of delivery.
