Warranty

Thanks to the Ice-Watch® warranty, every Ice-Watch® requiring repair for a manufacturing defect will be repaired free of charge.

The warranty certificate must be completely filled out, stamped and signed by the authorized Ice-Watch® dealer.

The following are not covered by the Ice-Watch® warranty:

  • All damages resulting from improper or insufficient care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
  • The watch dial, strap, battery, strap links and all other accessories sold with the watch or contained in the package.
  • All claims arising out of direct or indirect damage or injury caused by wearing an Ice-watch®.
  • Any operating failure when the battery has run down.
  • Loss of water resistance caused by water pressure greater than 3 ATM OR use/pulling out of any watch or chronograph buttons while under water OR resulting damage.

Customers requiring additional service, or who cannot present a valid warranty certificate, will be charged repair costs by Ice-Watch®.

Any points not covered in the above list will be processed accordingly.
